F-PROT SHAREWARE ANTI-VIRUS PRICING/ORDERING INFORMATION

                               PRIVATE USE

The English-language shareware version of the F-PROT anti-virus program is
free of charge for private use (that is, free for any individual or family
using it on a personally owned computer).

Private users may obtain free updates from BBSes, via FTP or E-mail. See
UPDATES.TXT for info.

How to obtain updates to the DOS shareware version over the net:

Updates to F-PROT consist of three distinct files.

   fp-xxx.zip   This file is updated as necessary, maybe every one or two
                months.  It contains the DOS version of F-PROT and the
                current virus definition files.

   fp-def.zip   Contains the latest SIGN.DEF and SIGN2.DEF
                (latest virus definition files)

   macrdef2.zip Contains the latest MACRO.DEF
                (latest macro virus definition files)

                The .DEF update files are updated more frequently than the
                program itself.  At the moment, they are only available
                directly from us (ftp.complex.is), and any site that
                mirrors our FTP site, but that may change soon.
